Very Disappointing Very disappointed with Aspora. I’m trying to use a debit card, but the app incorrectly shows that credit cards are not accepted. Instead of properly recognizing the card type, it feels like the focus is more on boosting ads and promotions. Basic payment functionality should work reliably. Poor experience overall.

They are offering almost the same exchange rate as Google, but their referral program is misleading. They keep giving different reasons for rejecting the referral reward, so you end up getting nothing. I referred my friend while we were together. We installed the app on his phone using my referral link, completed the registration, and made his first money transfer. However, neither of us received the referral reward. We contacted customer service,

Tried Aspora for the first time, but the transfer failed. Although the refund was eventually processed, the customer support experience was very poor. Chat support provided unclear and unrealistic timelines, and getting proper assistance was difficult. Very disappointing experience for a first-time user.
